Chair Yoga is a gentle practice with built-in modifications for older populations and those with less mobility. Each pose relies on the chair as a support for the body, allowing students to increase flexibility & tone the muscles without overexertion. I love using my positive and calming energy to bring students to a state of mental clarity & peace, leaving them with the confidence to to deepen relationships & find serenity in their golden years. Whether a student is new to yoga or has been practicing for a while, there is so much to benefit from this practice.
