I’m known for my freedom-based approach to the yoga practice, with classes that encourage you to deepen your intuition and processes emotions in a healthy way. I teach many forms of yoga including slow flow vinyasa, power flow, yoga for beginners, yin yoga & restorative. I love using my positive and calming energy to bring you to a state of personal awareness and peace, leaving you with the mental clarity & inspiration to deepen your creativity with the goal of integrating yoga as a tool to reach your personal and professional goals - regardless of your industry or lifestyle.
I began my yoga practice after 10 years of cross-country running. I was burnt out from the competitive nature of the sport and constantly pushing my body past its limits. The practice of yoga gave me an outlet to combine exercise with creativity and freedom. I threw competition and comparison out the window and began to listen to my body. It inspired me to help others develop this relationship between their body, mind and spirit.
