Hi, I'm Margaret!
I’m known for my freedom-based approach to the yoga practice, with classes that encourage you to deepen your intuition and processes emotions in a healthy way. I teach many forms of yoga including slow flow vinyasa, power flow, yoga for beginners, yin yoga & restorative. I love using my positive and calming energy to bring you to a state of personal awareness and peace.
I began my yoga practice after 10 years of cross-country running. I became burnt out from constantly pushing my body past its limits. The practice of yoga gave me an outlet to combine exercise with creativity and freedom. I threw competition and comparison out the window and began to listen to my body. It inspired me to help others develop this relationship between their body, mind and spirit.
